- Any event that involves a total of 100 to 150 pax visitors will be charged an extra RM300. Any event request (involving 100 to 150pax) shall be made via Whatsapp (+60124349737).
- If the guest wants to organize an event (example family day or friends reunion) and booked thru this website, guest needs to rent the entire villa (select all nine rooms) and ensure that the number of guests staying is not exceed 50 adults (13 years old and above).
- Our pax requirement is strict. Please follow stated pax accordingly to avoid any issue during check in.
- NO ALCOHOL is allowed.
- Pre Wedding/Wedding, Product, Commercial, Modelling, etc Photo shoot and Filming without permission is strictly not allowed.
- NO SMOKING in the rooms & villa compound.
- NO ENTER FOR VEHICLE inside gated area.
- Pool time is until 11pm. Swim at your own risk.
- Please respect NOISE CURFEW as we are located in residential area.
- This premise complies with Shariah compliances. We shall not tolerate any materials or conducts contrary to Shariah compliances.
- We observe a STRICT HALAL POLICY. NO PORK MEAT/ NO ALCOHOL / ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES allowed in the house.
- We reserve the rights to cancel the booking without refund if no confirmation payment document is received after the stated deadline.
