TERMS & CONDITIONS
This website www.grandaedenvilla.com.my (“Website”) is owned and operated by Grand Aeden Enterprise (“Hotel”), a company with an address of Lot 34123, Kg. Sg. Siput Hilir, Bukit Chandan, 33000 Kuala Kangsar, Perak, Malaysia. The use of “we” or “us” refers to the Company.
Your access to the Website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained below and elsewhere on the Website (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”). By using the Website, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policy :
The booking is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you fail to arrive or cancel the booking, no refund will be given.
Change of date policy:
Change of date request/notification via Whatsapp made at least 21 days or more from check-in date, guest may postpone their stay at no additional cost. The new check-in date must be between 6 months from the original check-in date. The new date shall be no later than 6 months from the original date, subject to availability and current price or otherwise the deposit will be burn. Any change of booking such as length of stay is not allowed unless the booking price is the same or more expensive than the original booking.
Payment
Full payment is required to confirm a reservation for ala-carte room and whole villa booking.
A security deposit of RM100 is required for entire villa booking. Late check-out is subject availability with an additional charge of RM20/hour (room booking) and RM100/hour (entire villa booking).
Grand Aeden Villa reserves the right to retain the full security deposit should there be any litter on the environment or damages/missing items on the Property.
The security deposit will be refunded 3-5 working days after the check out date if there any no outstanding payments, no litter on the environment and no damaged/ missing items on the Property. Check In After 3.00 pm, Check Out Before 12.00 pm.
Valuables
You are advised not to bring expensive jewellery, precious goods or excessive amounts of cash onto the Hotel premises and you do so at your own risk. While Hotels provide reasonable security, Hotels are not designed as high security areas for the safekeeping of expensive jewellery, precious goods or large sums of cash. Please ensure that all items of value are always stored securely and not left unattended. To the extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any property brought onto the Hotel premises. In the event that we are found to be liable for any such loss or damage, we shall not be liable for such loss and damage to an amount exceeding the statutory limitation available under the applicable local laws and regulations.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
If you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and without any liability to you or any other person, we reserve the right to take all or any of the following actions:
1. cancellation or modification of your reservation(s) or transaction(s);
2. issuance of a warning to you;
3. termination, restriction or suspension of your use of or access to any or all part of the Website;
4. commencement of legal action against you; or
5. disclosure of information about you to law enforcement authorities as we may determine in our sole discretion.
The above is not exhaustive. We may take any other action in our absolute discretion.
Hotel Policy
1) Time to check in after 3.00 pm and check out before 12.00 noon.
2) The Hotel is a non-smoking area. Penalty will be charged if any fire starts because of smoking.
3) No pets allowed.
4) The Hotel is a Muslim friendly homestay. Therefore no alcohol, pork, dog, drug or any prohibited goods are allowed.
5) Any facilities at The Hotel are under property of Grand Aeden Enterprise. Use prudently. Any damage or loss of hotel items will be penalized.
6) The Hotel will not be responsible for any accident (example accident involving pool, stairs, robbery and etc.) , injury, loss or damage to guests’ belongings or property that occurs while staying at this Hotel.
7) No vehicles are allowed to enter the gated area of the Hotel. Guests can use the parking area provided outside the fenced area.
8) All guests attending the Hotel must be fully vaccinated with 2 doses of vaccine and in good health.
9) It is forbidden to change or move the furniture in this Hotel, and in this case you are asked to rearrange the moved furniture to its original position. Make sure all items and equipment are placed in their original place before you leave.
10) Please take care of the cleanliness and safety of the facilities provided.
11) Make sure all electrical switches, lights and fans are turned off if you are not in the Hotel or not in use.
12) Make sure all doors and windows are closed or locked when leaving the Hotel or sleeping during the day or night.
13) Make sure none of your belongings are left behind during check out. Contact us immediately if it happens and you need to come back to pick up the items. If it needs to be posted, you will have to bear the postage cost.
14) The Hotel allocates our space to offer guests the convenient parking; but does not cover any costs associated with any damages or missing property occurring to the vehicle.
15) Illegal or immoral action including playing gambling, sex trafficking and etc. is strictly prohibited.
16) Please keep silent. According to our tolerance policy, we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation or may remove a person who while on the premise of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or cause or threaten to cause public disturbance.
By making reservations with the Hotel, you agree to comply with and be bound by all house rules, regulations, disclaimers, waivers of liability, and policies as prescribed by the Hotel from time to time; all reasonable directions, orders and/or instructions imposed by the Hotel; and all applicable local laws and regulations of the country where the Hotel is located during your stay.
You are required to comply with the Hotel’s rules and regulations relating to the use of any of the Hotel’s facilities, equipment and services such as swimming pools. The use of these facilities, equipment and services are entirely at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any personal injury or loss or damage to property caused to any person arising from or in connection with your use of the Hotel’s facilities, equipment and services.
For safety, security and housekeeping reasons, the Hotel reserves the right to enter a guest room at least once a day.
Your non-compliance of any of the above will constitute a breach of the Terms and Conditions. In such an event, the Hotel reserves the right to take all necessary action, including without limitation the actions set out in “Consequences of Non-Compliance” above, requiring you to leave the Hotel with no compensation and/or seeking compensation for loss suffered by the Hotel.
Nothing contained in the Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver by the Hotel or shall compromise the Hotel’s rights to rely on and enforce all statutory limitations, defences and powers available to it under local laws and regulations.
